1. Kill Club is a member of AAU (American Athletic Union), JVA (Junior Volleyball Association), and USAV (United States of America Volleyball).
2. Tournament Information
A. Grades 3-4-5 (8U - 11U) play in 4 tournaments and possibly more. Third grade teams will play in 4th grade tournaments unless USAV 8U/9U tournaments are available.
B. Grades 6-11 (12U - 17U) play in 5/6 tournaments and possibly more.
C. Tournaments are on Saturdays and Sundays starting late January through March for younger grades.
Older grades start tournament play mid-February running through March.
D. Tournaments may be as close as Sloan, Iowa or as far away as Sioux Falls, SD or Lincoln, NE.
E. No team will play in a tournament every weekend . ***F. We will have home tournaments in Onawa. Parents & players are required to help set up & clean up
3. Practices
A. Grades 3-6 Begin in January. Two 1 hr. practices per week and sometimes more. May set up one net and let teams practice 1 hour of vball and 1 hour of bball back to back.
B. Grades 7-11 Begin the middle of February. Two 1½ hr. practices per week and sometimes more.
4. Membership fees. Payment plans are available
All girls are welcome to play in our club regardless of their ability to pay.

Kill Club 6th-11th grade new members $475 includes jerseys Returning members - $425.
Parents purchase USAV and AAU memberships.

5. Required clinics – ATHLETES Grades 6-11- USAV refereeing, line judging, & scorekeeping which are taken online. AAU – scorekeeping. PARENTS: AAU paper scorekeeping & USAV paper scorekeeping
6. Team information
A. Teams will be formed by grade and age level of the athletes (some athletes may be asked to play up)
B. The number of teams per grade level will be determined by number of athletes participating
C. We limit each team to 8 or 9 athletes.
D. If more than one team per grade level, team members will be selected according to skill level

8. Basketball athletes: you are not required to practice until your season is over. However, you are strongly encouraged to attend at least one practice a week.
9. What the Kill Club membership fee pays for: JVA package so athletes and coaches don’t have to get memberships, equipment purchases (this year we need balls & carts), gym rental, website,
domain name, club memberships, coaches’ fee, coaches’ memberships, tourney listings
10. What your fee does not cover: Athlete's family hotel and travel expenses, additional tournament entry fees, USA membership fee, AAU membership fee, replacement game jersey(s).
Playing Time
A. Playing time for all athletes is determined by the performance of the athlete.
B. Playing time is left to the discretion of the coach.
C. Playing time is not guaranteed and equal playing time should not be expected.
D. Playing time issues WILL NOT be issues.
E. Players will receive opportunities to earn playing time during practices.
F. ONLY athletes may discuss playing time concerns with the coach.
