2. First practices (dates and times TBA) we will make school announcements or send home notes:
A. Give out practice schedules
B. Collect fees or the first payment if using a payment plan
3. Kill Club membership fees
4th grade $94 includes jersey
3 payments November- $32 December- $31 January- $31

B. Required player clinics - refereeing & scorekeeping
C. Membership included in Kill Club fee
D. Some tournaments require long distance travel and over night stays
5. Team information
A. Teams will be formed by grade level of the athletes (some athletes may be asked to play up)
B. The number of teams per grade level will be determined by number of athletes participating
C. We limit each team to 10 athletes. Cuts may be made if we have too many for one team, but not enough for two.
D. If more than one team per grade level, team members will be selected according to skill level
E. Basketball athletes: you are not required to practice until your season is over. This could affect playing time
because fellow team mates will be practicing and improving. You are strongly encouraged to come to at least one
practice a week.
6. Playing Time
A. Playing time for all athletes is determined by the performance of the athlete.
B. Playing time is left to the discretion of the coach.
C. Playing time is not guaranteed and equal playing time should not be expected.
D. Playing time issues WILL NOT be issues.
E. Players will receive opportunities to earn playing time during practices.
F. ONLY athletes may discuss playing time concerns with the coach.
7. Tournament Information
A. Tournaments are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays possibly starting January 31 and running through March 21
B. Tournaments may be as close as Sgt. Bluff or as far away as Lake City.
C. No team will play in a tournament every weekend.
D. Basketball athletes are encouraged to participate in the Onawa Bucketmakers tournament.
