1. Kill Club is a member of AAU (American Athletic Union), JVA (Junior Volleyball Association), and USAV (United States of America Volleyball).
AAU goes by grades. USA & JVA go by ages. 5th-11U, 6th-12U, 7th-13U 10th-16U, 11th-17U, 12th-18U
2. Tournament Information
A. Grades 5th, 6th, 7th (11U, 12U, 13U) & 10th, 11th, 12th (16U, 17U, 18U) play in 4/5 tournaments and possibly more.
B. Tournaments are on Saturdays and Sundays
Grades 5 & 6 start early January and may run through early March
Grades 7, 10, 11, 12 start mid-February (after basketball) and run through March.
D. Tournaments may be as close as Sloan, Iowa or as far away as Sioux Falls, SD or Lincoln, NE.
E. No team will play in a tournament every weekend . ***F. We will have home tournaments in Onawa. Parents & players are required to help set up & clean up
3. Practices
A. Grades 5 & 6 Begin in January. Two 1.5 hr. practices per week and sometimes more.
B. Grades 7-12 Begin the middle of February. Two 1½ hr. practices per week and sometimes more.
4. Membership fees. Payment plans and fund raisers are available.
All girls are welcome to play in our club regardless of their ability to pay.
NEW MEMBERS Grades 5th- 7th (11U-13U) 10th-12th (16U Club fee - $450 includes jersey.
RETURNING MEMBERS 5th-12th grades Club fee - $425. Replacement jersey - ADD $25
**Parents purchase USAV and AAU memberships.

5. Required clinics – ATHLETES 11U - 18U USAV refereeing, line judging, & scorekeeping which are viewed online.
AAU – scorekeeping. PARENTS: AAU paper scorekeeping & USAV paper scorekeeping
We have our own scorekeeping training during practices for girls and parents.
7. Fund raising
A. Krispy Kreme
B. Concession Stand worker ($25 deducted from membership fee for each concession stand worked)
C. Sponsors (may be relative, friend, or business). Name on back of your warm up shirt.
8. Basketball athletes: you are not required to practice until your season is over. However, you are strongly encouraged to attend
at least one practice a week.
