1. Parents are responsible for getting their athlete to and from practices and tournaments on time. If an athlete can not be present, the parent or athlete will notify the coach.
2. Parents will help out when needed. Line judging, scorekeeping, running the score clock.
3. Parents will make sure their athlete helps with tournament set up and clean up. A parent or family member may help if the
athlete has a conflicting obligation. Make sure the coach knows in advance.
4. Parents will pay club fees and expenses in a timely manner. No athlete will be allowed to play in a tournament until fees and
expenses are paid in full.
5. Parents will not coach their athlete or other athletes during practices or matches.
6. Parents will never question, discuss, or confront coaches during practices or tournaments. Parents may speak with the coach at
an agreed upon time and place by contacting the director.
7. Parents will discuss their concerns with their athlete's coach or the club director and NOT with the general public.
8. Parents may not remove their athlete from a competition without the coach's permission. Should this happen, the athlete will be
considered as quitting and their club membership will be terminated.
9. Parents will show good sportsmanship because their actions not only reflect on them, but on their athlete and our club.
10. Parents will support all club athletes and coaches.
11. Parents will not use social media to criticize Kill Club in general or its staff, coaches, or athletes. Should this happen, the athlete's Kill Club membership will be terminated.
12. I will represent Kill Club Volleyball Club in a positive way. Knowing that my actions directly reflect on the club and its members.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be given to athletes who quit during the season or have their membership terminated.
Unfortunately, we have had to terminate memberships because of athlete and/or parent behavior.

4. I will show respect for my coach by listening, following directions and giving my best effort at practice and during matches.
3. I will show support for my teammates through my words and actions.
4. I will be respectful of my opponents through my words and actions.
5. I will be respectful of the officials, line judges, scorekeepers, and clock operators through my words and actions.
6. I will fulfill my practice extra duties. Setting up and tearing down equipment, gathering balls, etc.
7. I will fulfill my home tournament extra duties. Setting up nets, chairs, etc. Cleaning and tearing down the gym.
8. I will not use social media to criticize Kill Club Volleyball or its staff, coaches, or athletes. If I do so, I will lose my
Kill Club membership.
9. I will represent Kill Club Volleyball Club in a positive way. Knowing that my actions directly reflect on the club and its members.
Playing Time. 'Fair' playing time does not mean 'equal' playing time.
A. Playing time for all athletes is determined by the performance of the athlete.
B. Playing time is left to the discretion of the coach.
C. Playing time is not guaranteed and equal playing time should not be expected.
D. Playing time WILL NOT be an issue.
E. Players will receive opportunities to earn playing time during practices.
F. ONLY athletes may discuss playing time concerns with the coach.
Belonging to Kill Club Volleyball Club DOES NOT guarantee an athlete playing time.
It does, however, guarantee opportunities for athletes to improve their skills which may result in playing time.
